A bit about me

Currently, a postdoctoral research associate at the Jožef Stefan Institute at the Department of Knowledge Technologies. I successfully defended a PhD thesis entitled Multi-Model Adaptive Training for Personalisation in June 2018.
My field of research is in data mining and machine learning, mainly in the scope of ambient intelligence and medicine with emphasis on human behaviour modelling and personalisation. The research covers real-time data processing and data fusion from multi-model sensor sources, feature engineering and prediction modelling using machine-learning techniques. It was successfully applied in human activity monitoring, pattern detection and prediction of critical physiological events, recommendation systems and anomalous behaviour analysis.
We are all special cases.
